   Pictures
   Music
   Videos
   Documents
   E-books

 iCloud (Apple) >Cloud Drive (Amazon)
     Box.net >Skydrive
     Crowd Cameo >Photo Bucket
     Flicker >Carbonite
     Smug Mug

 These companies offerings are limited in terms of features,
    functionality and operating system
 ONLY SnapCrowd offers a complete list of services and is
    operating system agnostic
 When it comes to the areas of performance, design,
functionality and integration SnapCrowd easily distinguishes
itself from the rest of our competition.
Who was first? Hard to tell from their
UI. One looks like the other. If we put
Google Drive on here it would look the
same as these.

 In addition to providing the platform as it is,
we have customized certain solutions that
are repeatable and plan to market the
  following services immediately:
   Crowd Pix
   Lifetime Library
   Smart-Board integration
 Currently providing services to:
 Wake Forest University Athletics (CrowdPix)
 UNC – Chapel Hill Athletics (CrowdPix)
 UNC - Chapel Hill Library Sciences Depart. –
  “Lifetime Library Project”
 Salem College
 Winston-Salem University
 Graylyn Convention Center
 Jefferson Elementary School
 Our Lady of Mercy Elementary
 The Summit School
We leverage our technology backbone to provide low cost commercial
solutions like sharing of event photos on stadium and arena video boards.
Once a photo is
    submitted via
CrowdPix, the venue
 now has the ability
 to send a bounce-
  back message of
   their choosing.
We offer Advertisers the
option of sending
electronic coupons and
other offers to draw in
customers.
 1st generation cloud storage products are
fragmented – requiring as many as 4 different
apps to give one on-line access to all one’s files
  ▪ Time consuming,
  ▪ Potentially expensive,
  ▪ Management headache keeping up with files
 Others User Interface ‘s, in most cases, are not
  friendly or intuitive
 Data protected is questionable
 Applications are often Operating System and
 or Hardware specific
 eg. iCloud is for Apple devices only
 This reduces the share-ability of data
 Except perhaps with Facebook , Apps are not
   generally integrated with one another
   ▪ rather than improve workflow add to the process or
     worst case impede workflow further
 Downloading of files is problematic
 Lack of bandwidth = time
 Large files = more time
 Requires devices to have larger storage
    ▪ Leads to more costly devices (8mb tablet vs. 64mb tablet)
 Syncing of files becomes a bigger issue the more
    devices one has
 Devices are not always able to open every file type
    ▪ Translates to more wasted time and expense (wasted
      data minutes)
 One App for all media types
 OS Agnostic
 Integration with other applications
 Customizable link to access one’s own servers
 Attractive and intuitive UI
 Streaming technology
 Syncing
 Unlimited file sizes and formats
 Encrypted
 Roughly 3.5 Billion Smart Phones and Tablets
 devices in service today worldwide
 Android App Live (next 45 days)
 Syncing (next 90-days)
 Build Retail Eco System – Music sales, Video Sales,
  etc… (next 180-days)
 Ist 100,000 Subscribers (120 days)
 1.3M Subscribers end of year 1
 3.4M Subscribers end of year 2
 Android APP in the Android marketplace now –
  reserving spot
 Picture Hub will be LIVE in the Android Marketplace
  later this week,
 Will add one Hub every two weeks until all features
  and functions are LIVE (9/30/12)
 Syncing programmer selected, design plan is laid
out, budget is set (90 days)
 Hire Web Developers (4-Yr1, additional 1-Yr2)
 Hire Customer Svc FTE’s to scale (1:40,000)
 Hire Sales and Marketing FTE’s (6 -Yr1, add’l 3-Yr2)
 Marketing Plan not carved in stone
 Varying approaches both internal and external resources (from
independent individuals , Walter Lentfert, to large international firms
     Ogilvy and Mather – Chicago)
 Marketing partners in Germany – European Market, Korea – Asia
Market (35 million captive cell phone customers)
 Nokia – training video to 9,000 retail stores, 40,000 retail sales
     associates
  Microsoft – “Channel 11” – 250,000 employees
  Microsoft - WP8 launch
 Strategically placed articles (Tech Crunch),
  Blogs
  College Campus campaigns
 Regulatory Pathway – None
 IP – Have had preliminary discussions with IP
attorney relating to various items - early
 Management - see bios and also use of
proceeds will be to build out additional team
  members
Exit :
1. Sell to a Competitor (DropBox, Box.net, Google, Amazon)
2. Sell to a Strategic (Panasonic, Samsung, Nokia, ATT, Verizon)
3. Sell to VC/PE
4. IPO
One of the first three – most likely
Valuation:
Pre-money $3.5M
Post – money = $5.0M
$1.5M = 30%
DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS
1. Intuitive User Interface
2. Mobile APP multi-tasking functionality
3. Operating System agnostic
4. All digital assets stored in one application
5. High-def media streaming
6. Robust Sharing capability (Integration with DrobBox,
    Facebook, and others)
7. Multi-page document file preview before downloading or
    file transfer
8. Sub-User Administration
9. “How to” video tutorials
10. Hundreds of file formats accepted
11. Down-loading of files to devices is an option not a
    mandate
